Winter 2024 Yoga Series

Join certified yoga instructor Carly Puch on Thursdays from 6-7 PM from January 4th to March 7th at Two Birds Art Studio in Grand Marais.

This class aims to assist people wherever they are on their yoga journey. 

Over a decade ago I watched a Rodney Yee yoga video and was intrigued by the movement. After continuing to practice I learned that yoga isn’t just a physical practice. The Westernized version of yoga has reduced yoga to just physical movement. I work within my own practice and in teaching others, to honor the teachers and practitioners that came before us. Through breathwork, sound, movement, mindfulness, and more I aim to connect folks to themselves through yoga.

I received my RYT200 at Yoga North in Duluth, MN. Yoga North, "draws on unique techniques based on the Yamas & Niyamas and a progressive approach to classic yoga using somatics, therapeutic yoga and bridging these techniques back to classic postures/asana."
